Very positive — guests love the beachfront location, peaceful atmosphere, and pool, with only minor notes on accommodations appearing older than photos suggest.

Reasoning

Reviews consistently praise beach access, cleanliness, spaciousness, and tranquil setting. The single reservation is minor aesthetic aging in rooms versus marketing imagery, which doesn't significantly impact the overall strong delivery on the core promise of a relaxing beachfront retreat.
