Overwhelmingly positive. Guests consistently praise Nicole's hospitality, the serene atmosphere, and exceptional value, with one isolated maintenance issue noted but not reflective of typical experience.

Reasoning

Ten-plus enthusiastically positive reviews emphasize peace, value, host warmth, and family appeal. One substantial negative review detailed plumbing issues; however, this appears isolated, as recent reviews remain glowing. Strong repeat/return-visit sentiment confirms authentic satisfaction.
