Overwhelmingly positive—guests adore the setting, service, and value. One administrative issue with deposit handling stood out but didn't deter overall enthusiasm.

Reasoning

Six of seven reviews are enthusiastically positive, praising Charlie's hospitality, natural gardens, cleanliness, pool, and exceptional value. One guest's frustration with delayed deposit refunds created the negative score, suggesting an operational gap in financial processes despite excellent personal service delivery.
