Overwhelmingly positive. Guests rave about world-class therapeutic skill, genuine hospitality, and exceptional value. People return repeatedly and advocate passionately for the place.

Reasoning

Consistent praise across all reviews centers on therapist expertise, professionalism, cleanliness, and staff warmth. Most guests report transformative results and return multiple times. Minor concerns include occasional therapist inconsistency, boundary-communication issues with intense pressure, and mixed feedback on nail services—but these don't diminish the core massage experience.
