Sentiment Breakdown

• Positive: 84%
• Mixed: 3%
• Neutral: 1%
• Negative: 12%

Strongly positive overall. Most guests rave about hospitality, cleanliness, and tranquility, though serious overbooking cancellations have devastated some bookings, creating a reliability concern.

Reasoning

Reviews consistently praise exceptional hosts, immaculate rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and strong value. However, documented last-minute cancellations due to overbooking—leaving guests stranded without support—represent a critical operational flaw that cannot be ignored despite the otherwise glowing majority experience.
