Overwhelmingly positive. Guests enthusiastically praise comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and exceptional value, with one unexplained negative outlier standing apart.

Six of seven reviews are genuinely enthusiastic, consistently highlighting superior beds, cleanliness, host warmth, and remarkable affordability. The single negative review lacks context, appearing anomalous against overwhelming praise. Mixed sentiment notes minor service inconsistencies but overall pleasantness.
