Exceptionally positive—customers rave about product quality, staff warmth, and unique lounge atmosphere with virtually zero complaints. This is a place where people feel genuinely valued and excited to return.

Reasoning

Reviews consistently praise three pillars: exceptional staff kindness, high-quality cannabis, and welcoming atmosphere. Customers use enthusiastic language ('amazing,' 'unforgettable,' 'loved') with zero critical feedback. The 4% mixed and 2% neutral comprise brief, positive-but-minimal reviews rather than actual criticism.
