Mostly positive on room experience and service, but tempered by serious booking transparency concerns. Many guests love the beachfront setting and family warmth; others report booking fraud and refund issues.

Reasoning

Review 1 shows strong positivity (0.88) around family service, location, and value. Review 2 reveals significant red flags: booking scams, double-listing, and refund disputes (0.3 negative) that contradict the positive room experience. The resort delivers on hospitality and comfort when guests arrive, but booking process integrity is contested.
