Join us for the Thursday Foundational Experience at 14:00pm— a 2-hour guided introduction to breathwork and cold exposure, designed for both beginners and returning participants who want a focused, supportive practice.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through gentle movement, foundational breathwork to calm the nervous system and clear the mind, a fully supported ice bath experience to build resilience and confidence, and a short integration circle to ground what you’ve experienced.

This session is perfect if you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, curious about breathwork or ice baths with expert guidance, or looking for a lighter follow-up to the Sunday Essential Experience.
